A Regional Conference Worthy of a World-Class Brand
Forcepoint REVOLUTION was not simply a corporate meeting — it was a high-energy, high-stakes gathering of sales teams, leadership, and partners from across the Asia-Pacific region. The brief called for a bold, immersive environment that would energise attendees from the moment they arrived, and carry that energy through every keynote, session, and break.

What We Delivered
Full Scope — From Concept to Final Curtain
Our production team began with the spatial concept, building a visual language around Forcepoint’s REVOLUTION theme — dramatic contrasts, kinetic energy, technological precision. That language was then translated into every physical element of the event space.
Custom multi-level stage with integrated LED lighting strips, designed to frame speakers with authority and visual impact.
Large-format LED screen backdrop with dynamic content display, creating a seamless visual environment behind every presenter.
Custom-built oversized 3D “Forcepoint” letter props with internal LED illumination — a bold centrepiece visible from every angle of the room.
Full venue lighting concept including wash lighting, beam effects, and colour design to create a dramatic dark-luxury atmosphere.
End-to-end audio and visual production including sound system, microphone management, video playback, and live presentation support.
Branded registration desk design, directional signage, and welcome experience — ensuring a strong first impression from arrival.
The Result
An Atmosphere That Commands Attention
The final result was a conference environment that felt as powerful as the brand it represented. The dark, dramatic stage — framed by glowing 3D letters and a sweeping LED backdrop — created an immediate sense of occasion. Speakers stepped onto a stage that commanded authority. Attendees were immersed in an experience designed to inspire and energise.
